Human beings are the most important, potent and critical, resource of an organization,and yet the least understood and the worst managedof its resources"Human beings are the most important, potent and critical in the organization it is because the human beings are the responsible for the success of an organization even if an organization lacks machineries, if the employess are hardworkers, honest, and resourceful the organization has a bigger chance in succeeding in the competitive business world.

Human beings are the least understood because every human has a distinctive character and opinions, and maybe that is the reason why it is least understood and managed.
