Last night, I went to my aunts house, it was 10:30pm at MA-A, I went to her house because she is the only person I know who can help me in my assignment.

She is Leticia Aristal the HR manager of REMCO Printing Corporation.I asked her on her concept on the nature,scope and role of human resource management. She said that the role of human resource management is all about the employees with regrd in their safety, compensation, benefits,good working environment and most of all the motivation of each employees. She also said that her concept is similar to the company.

Based on what I learned in our HRM subject, I do agree in her concept because they are concern in the people who are working in the company. The company are concerned in the development of their employees.
